The Raw Bar was one of the first oyster bars in Bangkok and was originally built & opened under Belon oyster & raw bar on Thonglor/Sukumvit 55 in 2011. We wanted to create a place where oyster fans could be seated by the bar to watch and have their freshest oysters shucked right in front of them.
We focus on highlighting the very best native seafood we can source from all around the world. The Raw Bar features seasonal “live” imported cold-water oysters, lobsters and French mussels – from the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, as well as the areas with the best selections of fresh and fine shellfish. We also offer a full ala carte’ menu that ensures to have something for everyone.
The Raw Bar was delighted to receive this prestigious award from BK Magazine (Thailand’s leading F&B influencer) in the year 2016 for serving Bangkok’s BEST Lobster Roll. We are very grateful for this recognition, and all of our great customers who are a part of this honour. They have kept our passion and dedication to constantly develop ways to enhance the customers experience.
